Terms and conditions of the Obertschötsch farm

Prices

Prices for the “Brennende Liebe” apartment are for 2 people and for the “Vergissmeinnicht” apartment for 4 people with a minimum stay of 3 days. We add €10.00 per day for each additional person.

Local tax

The local tax of €1.75 per person per day is not included in the price of the apartment and must be paid on site. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

Check-in/check-out

Your apartment will be ready from 2 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.

Booking

Your booking is only binding after we have received the agreed deposit and sent you a confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellation

We apply the following cancellation fees:
•More than 3 months before your arrival date (only the deposit will be retained)
•3 months to 1 month before your arrival date (40% of the total amount of the booking)
•1 month to 1 week before your arrival date (70% of the total amount of the booking)
•In the last week before your arrival date (90% of the total amount of the booking)

Children

Children up to 7 years pay €6.00 per day.

Pets

Your four-legged friends are also welcome to stay with us. We charge between €5.00 and €8.00.

Smoking

We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in our house.
